When we arrived hotel our room it was very clean and staff was very helpful

When we arrived hotel our room was ready and we stayed two night however our car window was broking out and very few things stolen

The room smelled of wet carpet/mold which affected by allergies terribly and the bathtub had hair in it. When I asked the manager to move rooms, I was told they had no more available suites and that I could switch to a smaller room for the same price. Definitely will not be returning.
