"The Ibis in Southampton was friendly but iour room was decrepit and not worth what we paid."

It was convenient to the cruise port, a shopping mall, and several restaurants.

The room was very small and in very bad condition. The window shade was badly worn and had holes in it.

"Mutton dressed as lamb."

The bed was comfortable.

Food was very poor. Need a late night menu, toasties and sandwiches. Bathroom is in need of an update.( Badly rusted taps in shower) Room had an unpleasant smell and stay was overpriced.

"Great location for us, loved friendly bar staff in lobby."

Great location, very walkable to downtown and around the harbour. Turns out it was only a 3 block walk to our NCL cruise terminal. Cute bar in lobby open 24 hours with friendly staff, a nice little gathering spot for our group. Big windows that opened with views of the cruise ships and could enjoy the full moon from bed. Nice bathrooms, great water pressure. Comfy beds.

No air conditioning, relied on ventilation from windows. No restaurant at hotel but lots within walking distance and a MacDonald and TGIF next to hotel parking lot.
