Being in hold for 20 minutes to get a return shuttle and still didn’t get to speak to a front desk. I found another shuttle that was willing to take us back to courtyard by Marriott.

When we booked it said there was a free breakfast that was wanted the reason we booked When we checked in they said they don’t have breakfast and they didn’t know it was on the web page I think you need to look at that on booking .com very disappointing.
