It took this hotel four rooms to finally get one that was at minimum standards and it’s still stuck like mildew mold. I asked for a refund they refused. I’m going to fight this till I’m paid my full refund back.

"They forgot the quality at this Quality Inn"

This place was a huge let down. It wasn’t actually at the Iowa River landing. It was across the street next to a junk yard. Smelly hallways. Rotting chair. One bed made, the other left stripped like housekeeping gave up halfway. Shower curtain rod falling out of the wall. Drain couldn’t keep up with the water pressure. Ants all over the sink and “mystery brown streaks” all over the building. The whole place feels like it’s held together by regrets and duct tape. Also… the “business center” sign warned us about sharing with other “gusts” so maybe spellcheck quit too.
