The staff was wonderful. Everything that was advertised was incorrect. The tub/shower was a joke. There was no plug to even have a bath. There was hair in the tub and the tub was very dingy. The room smelled bad. There was dead bugs in the corner. The office chair was filthy. One comforter was dirty. The sofa chair was dirty. The floor was sticky. Afraid to walk without shoes. Breakfast was a completely dirty and empty.

Carts for luggage, but NO elevators! lol, so you have to walk all your stuff up stairs! There were a lot of weird and ghetto guest, an abnormal amount, and the family did not feel safe to leave the room! Never will stay here again!

Everything was great I had no complaints. Breakfast was up to par. I brought my own pillow but the beds were nice. Can't forget the TV access was nice to have

The carpet wasn't sticky, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom / shower was very large and roomy. I love the shower. I think I was in a handicapped room but I will go for these from now on. Very happy with the room
