"A bit disappointed"

Friendly welcoming staff Very clean Excellent convenient location

The water pressure in the shower was very poor We were not warned about a function in the marquee on the Saturday night for which the toilet was just past our room. There was considerable noise and knocking on our door

Location was great in the centre of Brecon and parking onsite was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was well thought out and the room was very clean.

The room was quiet until other guests had the room above ours, you could hear every footstep! More insulation or a thick carpet would help. The floor in our room could do with a rug to soften it. As we had a family room for four of us there wasn't really enough seating only a very small sofa and a hard chair. On a personal preference note UHT milk is unpleasant and you provided a fridge could some ordinary milk be put in there for tea and coffee and also some decaf teabags.
