Quality Inn Carolina Oceanfront

Outstanding ocean front view and decent sized breakfast. Staff was helpful. Rooms were nice and clean.

In very poor condition. Did not service our room (bedding/towels were not changed). The room stated two queen beds but we got two double and we couldn't sleep in the same bed. Would not stay again

Nobody at front desk for check in for 20 minutes, then finally when people arrived, the system was down. I spent an hour waiting to finally get a key. Outside of building in disrepair with loads of trash sitting around. No handicapped parking at my handicapped room.

This was probably a really nice hotel at one time, however, it is really could use some renovations, which I think that might have been occurring. THe room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had what was supposed to be an oceanfront room, however, I could barely see the ocean, so if you really can't see the ocean, you shouldn't be charged oceanfront rates. Breakfast was the bare minimum, maybe because it was the off season.

Worst dirtiest hotel ever with the rudest staff!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Never have seen anything like this! Room was dirty and stunk and there was dirty underwear in our room. Even after complaining and getting room re cleaned was not any better.UGH

My husband and I have stayed here several times. But this time we were very disappointed. The room smelled musty, the floor were dirty, the bathroom sink and bath tub both backed up and were very slow draining. This hotel is desperately in need of a good clean up/ make over. We won't recommend this hotel ir stay here again.
