La Quinta by Wyndham Coral Springs South

Very Sad that the Wyndham Corporation allows this hotel to operate under the LaQuinta name, it is obvious they don't care, as well as the management of this hotel. The list is just too long ..... but here are the highlights...black mold in bathtub, filthy carpets with stains and possibly more mold, both in the room as well as the hallway. broken room doors with wood/trim falling off, layers of dust on everything, elevators filthy, which was never swept in our entire 3 day stay, same with the ice machine area on the 4th floor, never cleaned just plain filthy, dirt and trash all over. Parking lot very dark/unsafe in some areas. VERY VERY dated rooms in POOR condition, no USB or outlets for phone chargers. The list goes on and on..... Read all the reviews, but don't gamble that they are all not true as we did. The poor reviews are TRUE. This location is a DUMP. Avoid yourself aggregation and book elsewhere. Maybe Wyndham corporation will read these reviews one day and inspect the hotel, but not likely, as lately i have come across too many of their hotels needing renovations. Overall Rating ~ TERRIBLE/AVOID

Hardly ever any hot water

It took a really long time fir the water to get hot.

Location and service was great. Inclusion of breakfast was really good. Housekeeping was excellent.

The associate staff are extremely kind.

Bed headboard was torn.

The I side of property is run down. Hall floors and walls were dirty. My room bathroom was dirty. Never cleaned

The location was excellent, The personnel was right.

The elevator was out service. The hallway smell like someone smoke weed everyday. The hotel facilities need maintenance.
