Lux Verde Hotel

People there act like they didn't like their jobs or the place they worked. It took almost a hour to check in when I almost paid and checked in on line

This place is awesome quiet breakfast is great

Hotel shows signs of aging but clean.

The first room ac casing was broken, so i have to change the room asap. then i was given the second room in the second floor, it took ~3 hrs to cool the room by ac so that it becsme a quiet comfortable. At the morning, the toilet was clog when i used for the first time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Never happenrd in my life. The rooms are not really usable, they need to renovate to use for business. I have a complaint about Expedia, how do they recomend this home, i dont understand.

I would recommend Lux Verde for anyone visiting the Cottonwood area. Felt like we were at a resort.

Excellant stay.

To me it was just another hotel, not great and not bad. The AC worked fine and was not too loud, the TV worked, the bed was fine. The room had a somewhat interesting set of furniture, no nightstand on one side of the bed but a very uncomfortable couch, in my opinion too big for a hotel bedroom. A smaller couch and a second nightstand would make more sense.

Comfortable bed. Love hot water. The staff were so helpful. The breakfast lady was so sweet and attentive. The breakfast had a lot of options for everyone.
