The apartment is in rough shape. Several broken items and the humid conditions from the basement is a breading ground for mosquitoes which were horrible. The patio area was littered with cigarette butts.

Good location, large size property with a good main bedroom and 2 good bathrooms

The spare bed (sofa) was not comfortable, the kitchen tap was faulty and we couldnt find a hairdryer. Big mosquito problem on the terrace

Really good and central location. Bologna is a walkable city and the apartment is central and near every type of services and restaurants. Since the booking until leaving the apartment the team that manages it is really supportive and was always in contact. Daniel got in contact the day before our flight and organized everything in order to be present when we got at the door.

Great location, close to the city centre. The apartment is very cozy and nicely equipped with everything needed. It is clean and the staff is super helpful if you have a question at any time. Nice outdoor area and although it’s a parter it feels completely safe.

A minus for us was that the second bed is actually a couch that is very noisy when you move and this also means that since the couch is a bed there is no place to relax and sit despite the kitchen chairs.
