Centrally located

Rooms have no AC, so during the summer heat it’s too hot inside. The hotel provided a fan, which help, but doesn’t replace AC.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and our room was clean even if we didn't want service. The rooms that I saw were medium to large size rooms.

This hotel needs AC!! Even with the rooms that had an AC unit, it wasn't enough to cool the room. We had two fans to assist with the cooling. I do appreciate the staff switching our first room to an AC room. I was wanting a refund because it was just too hot and my health would not have been able to deal with that.

Die Lage in der Innenstadt.

Telefon funktionierte nicht. Fernbedienung für das TV funktionierte nicht. Da das Telefon nicht funktionierte, mußte man zur Rezeption gehen und um Korrektur bitten. Der Kühlschrank machte sehr laute Betriebsgeräusche, was sehr störend war. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.
