It was clean and the location

I paid for a room online and when I got there the lady acted like she didn't see it but she said my damn name after I gave her a confirmation and pass code then she said that my card was declining. Now I'm looking crazy because she swiped my card 3 times before she let me know about the deposit and when she let me know she said you can do cash or card I said cash this lady wiped card 3 more times and then 2 more on the phone with booking. Oh yea during the first 3 transaction s on the third decline a guy walked in and said oh it's paid for. DO NOT BLAME BOOKING.COM BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS WITH SAME EXACT CARD WITH NO ISSUES!!! YALL DO KNOW THAT ALL THE FEES YOU HAVE TO PAY ARE LISTED ALL THE WAY DOWN CITY TAX!! I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THESE PEOPLE! IF YOU SEE ON YOUR SIDE THAT ITS PAID FOR AND YOU ASK ME ABOUT A DEPOSIT AND I TELL YOU IMMA PAY CASH WHY ARE YOU CONSTANTLY SWIPING MY MF CARD!!! AND WHO THE F**K SWIPES A CARD THAT DECLINES OVER 3 MF TIMES ON 2 DIFFERENTMACHINES!!! ABSOLUTELY TF NOT!!!

There were dead cockroaches in the room. The floor wasn’t swept I had to wear shoes all the time. I also had to strip the pillows because they were dirty. Whether walking or sleeping there was a constant squeaking noise which made my stay uncomfortable. I reported it to the front desk upon checking out.
