I could park near the door and my service animal was allowed

Dirty, peeling paint, broken door, clearly the carpet and surfaces hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or months. just overall dirty and unsecured. Empty space where the refrigerator should be, no coffee pot, dirty microwave, filthy bathroom. Had to wedge a chair under the door handle just to keep the door secure. Breakfast and lobby wasn’t available as promised

My daughter’s tablet did not get turned in by the cleaning staff and I know we left it in the room under the covers of the bed!!
