We check in and it was dirty you can literally see the dust inside and it has an odour and very unsatisfied and we checkout and look for another hotel.I ask for a refund and was being told to contact hotels.com and I requested online for refund and havent heard .if you need video I do have it

The room was pretty bad... Pretty much everything in the room was broken in some way. The wifi was horrible, and the pool was closed. 2 key cards malfunctioned, and I watched a tweaker exercise with a brick. There was a hookers acrylic finger nail right outside my door. Staff was nice at least. A bum aslo hit us up for weed.

Room was dirty towels were not in good condition. They were dirty. The room had stains all over the wall patches that were not painted it look horrible very horrible bro.
