The staff was accommodating to our dissatisfaction when we were unsatisfied with the temperature of the room. They loan us a fan to use.

When we arrived the room was extremely hot. We had to ask the front desk for a fan so that we can circulate the air in the room. When the room could not keep up with trying to cool the room we had to ask to be moved to another room. When we moved that room was also hot but at least in the middle of the night it began to cool but not enough to get comfortable.

Very disappointed in the interior and exterior appearance. Bathroom window had no locking mechanism. Toilet would run until the handle was jiggled. Broken louvre on the AC unit. Dirty interior and exterior of the window. Room was on the ground level. Bathroom door would not close all the way unless I pushed it hard. I guess I got what I paid for. Sorry.
