We informed the front desk around 5AM and showed pictures and a video that shows you have a bed bug in the room and the bed skirt had a very bad stain. We checked in at 7PM and expected to have a good night sleep in which we did not. We request a refund on our money. The front desk told me that manager will call us and have not yet. We appriciate our refund. Ali Valibeigi

Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was old but functional. We weren't able to plug in to any of the electrical outlets. Our plugs would not stay in to charge our phones. Otherwise the area was quiet and easy to get to restaurants and stores.
