Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso-Airport

I liked the location. The property is clean and well maintained. The elevator, water stations, & laundry facilities are clean and properly working. The rooms are also clean, well maintained and nicely stocked. The beds are clean & cozy. The breakfast area is also well maintained, with a nice coffee nook offering hot chocolate and tea in addition to freshly brewed coffee. The pool is a nice size, with plenty of seating, lounging, shaded space. The best part is that pool area is private in the sense that pool patrons cannot be seen from outside the property, ie parking lots or streets.

I would have preferred laundry facilities in the same floor instead of having to keep going up & down multiple times for laundry duties.

Good location on east side of El Paso. Easy off and on the I-10 freeway for my one night stay traveling from Fort Worth to Phoenix. Hotel and room were clean and in very good condition. Comfortable bed and bedding. We had a good one night sleep. Good coffee 24 hours a day and we enjoyed the morning breakfast. Safe parking.

This hotel has such great customer service. Friendly and welcoming staff with a good variety for breakfast. Rooms are clean. Overall great price for such a nice hotel. I’ll be back!!

Me and my friend travelled from London to El Paso and stayed from Wednesday 29th April 2026 - Wednesday 6th May 2026 in Room 127 for the BTS Concert. We felt so welcomed and were amazed at the exceptional service we received from every staff member we spoke to. Hotel staff were so friendly and approachable and would try their best to help with any request and were prompt with maintenance fixes (none of which we had were at the fault of the hotel staff). The lobby area was decorated welcoming BTS Army (Army being the fandom name of BTS fans) and the hotel lobby became more decorative with photo props and opportunities being made by hotel staff closer to the concert weekend. In the main lobby area there is also a station where you can help yourself to free complimentary coffee with different types of creamers, hot chocolate and boiling water, which we loved using. The hotel also had a 24-hour treat shop which they correctly quoted: "We've got what you forgot". This ranged from snacks to medicine to souvenirs. As we were leaving the hotel, the lobby was starting to be decorated in preparation for summer, which was also lovely to see. We had such an amazing week in El Paso and knowing that each evening we were coming back to a safe, clean and friendly hotel, having travelled a really long distance, and it being my first time in the United States, this hotel made our stay in El Paso exceptional. We couldn't fault the hotel or the staff at all. Thank you again for making our stay in El Paso amazing. Words can't express our gratitude enough.

la tina estaba sucio, cuando entramos tenia pelitos y polvos parecia q no limpio nada. tuve q pedir a recepcion q lo limpiara.
