Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso-Airport

I woke up in the middle of the night to something crawling on me. See picture 1. I went and told the front desk, and the woman working said all they could do is have maintenance spray. The following evening, I ate dinner and put my plate in the sink. 5 minutes later, see picture 2. The people working the front desk the second time were very apologetic and helpful, which I appreciate…however, I asked them to cancel my next night because I simply couldn’t get over the cockroaches, and they still charged me. Not only that, but at no point did management reach out or try to do anything to make this situation right. I normally don’t complain, but cockroaches in a hotel room- that’s a BIG deal… and it’s very disappointing that management clearly didn’t care.

Very clean hotel near the airport many restaurants in the area. If you want a ride to airport they call you a Lyft which is nice at their cost. Managers reception had a few snacks and Bud beer. Breakfast is ok nothing special. Staff was super friendly.

Beds where so comfortable, never experienced that in other hotels.

I like this hotel because it’s very convenient and comfortable for us when we’re in El Paso, but this time was different because they had a broken water line that flooded our room and created chaos and confusion with the staff and I hope they can reimburse us for this incident.

At check in, the desk clerk was over-bearing. I was charged 50$ for incidentals. BE AWARE of this. It is returned, but typically 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. The breakfast was sub-par. The waffle batter was thin. There was some gross sausage, eggs, old looking beans and a tortilla. The room was dirty. The hotel smelled like a dirty sock. The elevator doesnt have a motion sensor and IT WILL CLOSE ON YOU! They should have paid me incidentals. After today, i am done with any Hampton Inn.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso Airport—especially Edger and Danyka, the Front Office Manager. I accidentally left my iPad behind during my stay, and they went above and beyond to help me get it back. From the moment I called, they were kind, professional, and truly cared about making sure my iPad was returned safely. Traveling can be stressful, but their quick communication and genuine helpfulness turned a potential nightmare into a smooth experience. It’s rare these days to find people who not only do their job well but also go the extra mile with such warmth and integrity. Thank you, Edger and Danyka—you turned what could have been a huge headache into a reminder that great customer service still exists. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites not just for the comfortable stay, but for the outstanding people who work here
