my recent two-night stay, which was an absolute nightmare! I woke up with six bites that looked like insects bites and were very itchy. I called the front desk, but they did nothing. I waited for an hour and then walked down to talk to them. I was shock!! and so confused by their answer. This is not how a manager should respond. When a guest calls, a manager needs to take action right away by showing up at the room to see what is going on, bringing the cream, or doing something to help. You don't just do nothing and say there is nothing he can do! (Very unprofessional)!

I didn’t participate in the breakfast, but the kitchen and dining area was good and clean, great variety of things to choose from.

we ask for 2nd floor king they said they could do it and then wouldn't , the shower was dirty and the towel bar was broke off the door, the toilet paper holder had one side broke off, toilet seat was loose. the toilet was completely loose on the floor so it leaked, there was a hole in the wall , the ceiling was dirty, the windows were so dirty you couldn't look out them , the carpet was stained , the whole bottom floor and our room smelled like pot, the ac barley blew out , , breakfast only had beagles, wasn't enough batter for the waffles, the staff was rude never smiled or greeted us , we came there cause we had a family member passing away and we have stayed there many times before but the last couple times it has been a bad experience , when you pull in the lot and people are partying and drinking that is not professional at all. Dirty, cigarettes smell all over the place, even in a "none smoking" room, bathroom full of mold, dirty and stains in sheets, covers, walls, furniture broken, really and old outdated place, broken chair
