Peaceful and good area

4 nights and I don’t recieve service room

I had an extremely serious and unacceptable experience at Hyatt Place Atlanta Alpharetta North Point Mall. I booked a five night stay but after only two nights I developed burning eyes and severe coughing and had to see a physician while traveling. I was told my symptoms were consistent with chemical exposure and or mold and was advised to leave the hotel immediately. I informed the front desk and was told the general manager would contact me the next day. No one ever did. This was especially disappointing given the severity of the situation. I paid for all five nights, received no refund, and was forced to pay a premium to move to another hotel on short notice. Four days later I am still experiencing tightness in my breathing and ongoing coughing. I have since learned there are other complaints about this hotel. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel, especially if traveling with children or anyone with asthma or similar respiratory conditions. I am giving the general manager 48 hours to contact me with reasonable compensation. If not, I will report this issue to the appropriate authorities and consider legal action.

The hotel is in a great location. It is surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants. I felt safe in this area even if I was traveling solo. The breakfast was decent, included eggs, canadian ham and french toast and oatmeal for hot meal. Dry cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt and different types of bread options.

Unfortunately there were inconsiderate guest that were loud on our floor. The desk clerk on arrival was nice and attentive, when checking out there was no one to be found behind the desk. I waited more than 5 minutes and no one showed up so I was not able to get a printed invoice on checkout which I always request to ensure there are no extra charges on my bill. Also, I was going to notify the staff that there was no shower gel in the bathroom dispenser in our room.

La ubicación es muy mala si quieres conocer Atlanta, el hotel estaba muy sucio, el comedor del desayuno muy pequeño, el desayuno muy basico, poco agradable y lo mismo todos los días. La señora que servía lo único que sugería era que se bajara a desayunar a las 6:30 para poder comer cómodo después de esa hora no se conseguía comida y tampoco lugar donde comer. El hotel cada día más sucio no se veía a nadie limpiando o aspirando los pasillos, el comedor en el lobby muy sucio. No tuvimos jabón de baño durante 4 días de los 6 que nos quedamos

The bathroom space was too small in the room. I had to straddle the toilet in order to shut the door.
