"housekeeping not good "

there were hairs in the bed when we turned the covers back. they brought us new sheets but when we removed the old ones to put on the clean ones the mattress was so filthy and stained that we had to just request a different room

Staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in. But the door to the bathroom was broken. A/C didn’t work well. Towel hanger was ripped off the wall. Room was clean.

For a pet friendly stay it was kind of ok at best. The room was pretty clean but that’s where the good stops. It was noisy! The walls are thin. You can hear everyone and the doors slamming all night kept me awake. The air was not turned on at all so it took all night to cool off in our room! The entire place smelled like sewage had busted recently. The breakfast was subpar at best. For a one night stay quick in and out it’s ok but I would definitely not plan a trip and stay here for more than an overnight!

The room we booked was VERY dirty. Food and chewed off fingernails on the floor, bathroom door was broken, and the comforter looked like someone blew their nose in it. There were multiple dead bugs on the floor, and the room also had a smell. Unfortunately not our best stay. Staff seemed nice though.
