Very professional & helpful employees, always there for guests. We had an room upgrade after we had reported small issue with one of the beds & with room service first night. After that first night everything was even more enjoyable for next 4-5 days. Good & quick room service, bellboys, car parking service, room mades , really professional , polite & efficient hotel stuff. Very clean hotel, effort of running it is noticeable indeed. Choice of food & beverages offered were nice during breakfast. We liked our mornings at nice breakfast dedicated areas. Hotel is walking distance from all possible places of interest, museums & other cultural sites or attractions near centre, lots of shopping venues are around. We got complimentary gift and we want to thank a lot to everyone who made our stay enjoyable!

Hotellet ligger mycket centralt och känns lyxigt på ett gammaldags vis. Vackra lokaler, inte minst den berömda trappan är fantastisk. Personalen mycket vänlig och lättsam. Parkeringsservice som fungerade utmärkt.

Väl hårda sängar och lite bullrig aircon.

Стильный отель в старинном здании с современным ремонтом. Прекрасное расположение в центре города вблизи основных достопримечательностей. Отличные завтраки с игристым вином. Качественная уборка номеров. Мебель и сантехника в номерах новые и в хорошем состоянии. Часть мебели - старинная, но в хорошем состоянии. Цена за номер была очень хорошей. Кроме того, мы получили бесплатный upgrade номера.

Объективно говоря, это не 5*, а 4*. В отеле нет бассейна и спа. В номере нет кофемашины, предлагается растворимый кофе.

Great 5 star hotel with a stunning staircase in a fabulous location

Not permitted to have irons in hotel rooms in Italy. We asked for a steamer instead however they only offer a chargeable ironing service. When travelling for business, ironing facilities are essential.
