Quality Inn Mount Airy Mayberry

Room was good. Bed was not that comfortable. It was very firm with no padding. Also there were outlets that did not work and lights that did not work. Staff were friendly.

I was very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that basic guest needs were not being met. Our room did not have enough bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths for everyone in our party. When we requested additional towels, we were told we would have to wait until the next day. Even then, we still didn’t receive enough. The room was also in poor condition. The microwave wasn’t even plugged in when we arrived, the ceiling had cracks, and the bathroom was extremely cramped. There were also very few electrical outlets, making it difficult to charge our phones and other devices. The beds were decent, and the breakfast was just okay, but those positives were overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to basic guest comfort. For the price we paid, I expected a much better experience. There is no excuse for not providing enough towels or for sending guests into a room with obvious maintenance issues. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both housekeeping and room maintenance. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others. On side note the phone in the room was not working and the noise level was good. The location was wonderful for being just outside of Mayberry Nc

Could use a update in the bathroom. That was the smallest toilet seat if ever sat on

Rooms were clean and location was good. Employees were very polite.

We arrived late at night but had everything we needed. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful. She explained where all the Andy Griffith locations were, which really made the trip. No wasted trips to town.
