I was traveling with a dog and so I got a nice pet friendly room on the first floor near the pool. The room was clean and neat and quiet. The breakfast had hot and cold food.

Out dated shower head was falling off

There was food close by.

Room wasn’t clean at all hair all over the shower bathroom was filthy and not clean at all. Sheets had stains on them as well as the towles had to go by my own linens and blanket. Also bought bleach cleaner and sanitizing spray in order to feel somewhat clean about sleeping in the bed.

The room & facility overall very clean. The breakfast was very good-staff friendly & helpful Location was very good and down the street from downtown Mt Airy-good value overall

We were placed on the second floor in the older section. Stairway is a little rough bathroom pretty small but doable overall

Pillows were trash had to go buy two pillows

Staff was amazing

Hard to park large vehicles. Staff gave us a great suggestion to park on the street.
