"Poor policy about $100 fee that is billed at Checkin."

Nice room but we booked a king size bed and got 2 queens

I think it is terrible that a $100 charge was added to the charge that was not noted when booking. That is crap. I was told it would be credited 3-5 days after we checked out. Very poor. May not stay again.
