I want my money back

It was OK, not terrible but not great. Definitely not worth the price. Charging like they are a 5 star establishment when they are a 2 star at best. Shabby little unkept hotel. Pulling up we thought "good grief is this place even still business?" From the outside it looked like it had been abandoned, inside was slightly better. You can tell they are trying, but the budget can only go so far apparently. Would NOT stay here again if I ever had to travel to this area in the future.

Just needed a quiet place for a good night’s sleep. This was perfect.

The room was nice enough, about what we expected. Everything seemed clean upon arrival & the room was modern & updated.

We spent 4 nights at this location over the Labor Day holiday weekend & our room was not cleaned once, nor were we provided with any fresh towels. When I called down to the front desk to request towels the second night we were there, the clerk asked that we send someone down to retrieve them ourselves & to bring our dirty ones along so we could "exchange" them for clean ones. It was late in the evening when we returned to the room, we were traveling with our two young kids, whom I was trying to get to bed, and my spouse was already in the shower, so that wasn't an option. I've never experienced this before & was appalled that they wouldn't at least provide us with some clean towels upon request! If you want to skip a day cleaning rooms if occupants are okay with that, then fine, but FOUR DAYS without cleaning? Ridiculous! There was also a cricket in between the sheets of one of the beds one evening.

The staff when my daughter and I got there was very polite and friendly. We had 2 workers standing outside our window drinking beer, and peeing by our window. 6:30 am workers were pounding and being loud while working in the room right across from us. When we had to leave early after telling the man that we had to leave due to an emergency. All he said was “you do know that you are still charged for your 2nd night right? and you do have to pay for it”.
