"Overall was a pleasant stay."

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great and the beds were very comforatable.

While the rooms were updated the bathrooms were not and were really quite unpleasant. Bathroom tiles coming off, leaking/dripping taps, missing silicon and quest really old and dated. Which is in contrast to the rest of the room which was lovely and modern. Also the car parking was in a vacant lot next door which was horrible to use in the dark and pouring rain.

The morning sunrise was incredible, the room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient being central to both North and South Rockhampton. Parking was no issue at all, this will be my new go to when visiting family or conducting business in Rockhampton.

It would have been nice to have some extra blankets, also when the room was serviced if the milk was replaced also.

Very outdated, mould in bathroom and around AC. Rooms are disgusting. Way to expensive for what it is.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful.

maybe upgrade the bath/shower to just a shower. it felt abit dodgy getting in and out of it.
