"Good for a one night stay"

The staff was very nice and our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a very large vanity area, which is nice.

The breakfast was just ok. The outlets next to our beds did not work. I did let the front desk know.

"Need a couple new staff ... Miesha and the bigger African American man. Had to go upon their mistake"

Staff treated me horrible after making a mistake on their end to try and cover things up and put the fault on me in front of new guests. Manipulation was really disgusting and I should have been comped after staying for two weeks prior, same fashion. I can't believe nothing was done for customer satisfaction, Golden business rule. I was expecting some sort of apology. Hopefully you guys get this, because that's the only way I'll give you honors ever again unfortunately.
