No hot water Heat would not shut off Bed uncomfortable

Give a big discount. I was traveling and could not shower because of no hot water. Sink leaked. Heat would not turn off.

"Stay for Night/breakfast only"

Went with family for get away and other reviews were right about cold and breakfast. The breezeway from elevator to pool/breakfast is cold. Literally ice on windows. And door stays open, so pool area is very cold. My boys stuck it out swimming because “fog” over pool intrigued them (water was warmer than air). But they only lasted 20 min cause air was so cold. Breakfast, boys went early, based on reviews, so the kids got a good warm breakfast (but door is open to pool area so cold air is coming in). Dad went later (8:45, weekend it ends at 9:30) so he had slim to none eggs/sausage. The food hostess was so sweet to us, but she didn’t add after 9:00 and a few more couples came and had to have toast etc. room was clean, no odors/smells. It would be perfect for a night to crash from mall day or air travel for free basic breakfast, no pay parking and Outback. But we wouldn’t go again as a family weekend getaway, especially in winter. We went for pool time and were disappointed.

Convenient to airport and MOM. Excellent dinner at Outback! Glad not to pay for overnight parking as a hotel guest!

"Impeccable"

Le service est juste parfait, il faut en plus des oeufs et des hamburger ajouter un troisième chois comme les crudités au petits déjeuner. Dans l'ensemble c'est magnifique.

Le personnel de la cuise n'est pars très accueillant, pas souriant.
