Quality Inn Duncan Spartanburg West

The pool was nice, the beds were comfy, the room was clean.

I advised the front desk lady that I would not like a full cleaning I would only like towels and washcloths be put in the room. Once I got back to the room that afternoon around 5 the ac was cut off, my stuff was moved around the room and full service was completed. When called down to office again and told them I was not happy that I came back to an 80 degree room. I was told that they would let the manager know. Check out the next morning no one was in the lobby to speak to and rang the bell several times. I guess it’s ok let you customers come back from a tournament that is outside baking in the sun all day to a room that was not set the way we left it.

The pool was big & clean. The beds were comfortable. Very calm & quiet environment.

Didn't like the door connecting two rooms. The bathroom wasn't squeaky clean but it was clean. There was a strong marijuana smell coming from one of the rooms as we walked past.
