Fantastic location, great hospitality and huge room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect location as walking distance from shops, cafes and malls. Highly recommended

"My short gateway in Surabaya"

The service are super ! From check in until check out. Thank you for a fnb lady who send me lemon slices on my second day breakfast. You impress me. I was request some lemon slice for my honey water due to flu on my first day breakfast and she send the same to me without im request in the second day. Another big applause to Pak Angus (bell man) who assisted us to communicate with grab driver during check out on Sunday. The road in front of hotel was close due to car free day and driver unable to drive in. He bring our luggage and walk to the next street to meet the driver. Food in restaurant are good and have chance to try local food.

朝食が美味しかった。特にクロワッサンは、バター効いてて美味しかった😋　スタッフが注文聞いてから、席まで持ってきてもらったカプチーノ美味しかった😋　建物自体が歴史のあるものなので､貴重な経験でした👍　バスタブとシャワーが分かれてるのも良かったです。　プ－ルがあるのも良かったです。朝食食べてから､プ－ルでまったり出来ました😄　スタッフの対応も良かったです👍　またいつか泊まりにきたいです😄　庭もきれいでした👍
