It was close and convenient to where I needed to be.

There was a bit of mold in some spaces and I did not like how housekeeping acted when they came to my room

I was there just one night with my granddaughters and my daughter for a concert . The location was perfect… so close to the venue( Coca Cola Roxy), only 3 blocks. The staff were very friendly and efficient! The bed was comfortable and even the sofa bed was very comfortable! My granddaughter says the breakfast buffet was fantastic!

The commode flusher wasn’t working so we had to call the front desk but the maintenance man came and fixed it immediately ( albeit temporarily- whole thing needed a replacement). The shower drained EXTREMELY slowly so much so, I was afraid of staying it too long in fear of flooding the bathroom. I told the front desk at checkout.

Location was perfect and the hotel was excellent

Everything was great

The staff (front desk & dining) were friendly, polite and accommodating. The beds are always comfortable.

The staff was very pleasant!

I checked in at this property 11/7/2025 intending to stay 1 night. Upon entering room 505, it smelled of old stale smoke, and was very warm and stuffy. When I tried changing the thermostat, there was an electronic screen over the top of the temperature read out and I could not manipulate the temperature. So I went down to the desk and said the room was unacceptable and they gave me room 601. When I entered 601 it was again stuffy and smelly. When I tried reducing the temperature on the thermostat which was set at 74, every time I turned it down it would just go back up to 74 and there was a lock icon on the bottom of the screen so it could not be changed. So I went back to the front desk and the clerk from the desk came up to the room and tried doing the same thing I had done and then concluded that the temperature could not be changed and that it was set at 74 for the winter. I told him that was unacceptable and I could not stay in a room that was 74° so I would be looking for alternate accommodation. A few minutes later somebody bangs on the door of the room while I was calling another nearby hotel and when I opened it, a scowling man stomped (and that is no exaggeration) into the room did not give a name or say he was from the hotel, but went and manipulated the thermostat so that it was possible to change the temperature. Not once did he acknowledge me or introduce himself, and quite frankly, it was very unnerving. Ultimately, even though the temperature could be controlled in room 601 it still smelled and was in very poor repair. There were areas of the plaster which had obviously had water damage and was all bubbled and I did not feel like I would want to sit on the furniture in the living area of the suite because it looked very dirty and run down. Accordingly, I went downstairs and said I would be leaving and confirmed I would be refunded.. I have yet to be refunded for the points I used to book this horrible experience and when trying to phone the hotel to resolve this issue, no one answered the phone.

There were no bags in the trash cans and to be honest they were very small for putting anything in. When people are visiting, vacationing, they typically eat out. We had to ask the front desk for bags to place our trash in. Also do nay of the rooms come with a microwave that was also an inconvenience.

The room was very clean and spacious. There were more than enough wash cloths and towels which is always a plus!
