"It was a good experience overall …"

The atrium was beautiful… good location… and the warm cookie at check in.. lol

Rooms were dated … staff was not the friendliest… and parking fee was charge without us being told about it

Margot went up and above from the moment we arrived! We have a lot of toddlers and she even secured a cart for me to take all the breakfast in one trip to my family. No other person had been this conscientious at any hotel. She was so personable and friendly, inquiring about our experience and so engaging with us all. Even after check out, there was an issue with our bill and took care of that immediately and followed up. We will definitely be returning to this establishment whenever in town for the holidays!

"Relaxing solo getaway"

Loved the decor and atmosphere. The lady at the desk in the evening was so sweet and kind. Beds were comfortable and the wet room in the honeymoon suite was wonderful.

My room wasn't ready for check in until 6 even though check in is at 4. And the lady at the desk at that time was a bit rude about it when I called to inquire about check in. Then when I came at 4 she was unapologetic. I understand they were completely booked the night before, but when you pay for and are expecting a full nights stay, you should be compensated for what time you didn't get there.

"Not bad for long weekend"

Hotel lobby and lobby bar were the highlight. Nice gathering spot for congregating with fellow travelers. Staff were friendly and responsive. Rooms were a good size although decor a bit dated. The interior rooms had a nice view of the atrium, but no natural light. Would consider an exterior room if I ever stay again. One flaw is that we noticed the hotel charged us a daily "parking fee" of $15. We didn't have a car at the hotel, and would have challenged this charge had we noticed it on check-out.

Staff was great. I have been to this property 3 times for 3 days each visit and love how the staff treated us each time.

Did not get the room I requested on my reservation. But the good news went down to the desk and they fixed the situation with the right room.
