CAME UP FOR HD REUNION AND GOT RAINED OUT FIRST DAY , YOUR FRONT DESK PERSON LAURIE WAS THE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN AT TRYING TO MAKE OUR STAY MEMORABLE AND YPOUR BARTENDER KEEP US ENTERTAINED AS WELL. WE WILL BE BACK FOR GOLF WEEKEND.

Laurie was exceptional at check in. I was impressed by how friendly and cordial she was at the late hour we arrived (12:45am). Got us quickly checked in and provided only the essential information that was important for us to know at that late hour.

Location, staff friendly, amenities.

Generally the hotel is clean, but there were areas, like the trash can in front of the elevators that was full often during our stay (not a great first impression) not sure how often the hallways and main areas of the rooms are vacuumed as they had visible dust balls.
