C est une chaîne donc on s attend à ce qu on trouve …

Juste des suggestions : on s était enregistré en ligne et il a fallu le refaire à notre arrivée et c était long . Suggestion au petit dej : des propositions plus healthy ou organic , des smoothies Maison plutôt que des jus chimiques , des latte ou cappuccino maison plutôt qu à la machine .. ce qu on trouve dans des hôtels indépendants et moins onéreux .

"Expected more from Novotel brand"

-Location was not too bad as there was a tram station few metres away -Room was spacious for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids -Rewe convenience store near the tram station

- No early checking, even though we came after a long flight and with young kids. Checkin policy is understood but if 12pm is the regular check out how come they didnt have rooms until 2pm. - No eateries around - the reception staff just gave us a brochure to check, they couldnt advise what was close by and which direction to walk towards - room was smelling and we informed reception but no action - air condition not cooling (during this heat), there also informed reception but no action
