"It was ok for a staycation but I would not stay if I was from out of town."

I think the breakfast could be longer and have more options. I love the location. It seems little dark and damp.

Lighting and decor could be more updated. The free cocktail hour could have better snacks and drinks. Could smell a a little fresher.

"The system was down I couldn't check-in at 4pm because the system was down I had check-in at 9pm"

I was able to eat breakfast due to me having a late check-in because the embassy suite system was down so everybody couldn't check-in until 9pm at night so I missed breakfast.

The system was down I couldn't check-in until 9pm at night I went through a 3rd party company booking. Com it was non refundable so I wasted my money because I couldn't enjoy because I couldn't check-in because the system was down nationwide and I didn't get to relax in the pool or jacuzzi witch was the main reason I was there terrible service.

"A getaway."

The hot full breakfast and happy hour.And I would like you guys to the outstanding assisted the the general Manger Mr Mike hansondid to make my stay so enjoyable when a situation develops that required a change in our stay .He was so helpful.

"We made the best of what we could.... not a great experience. At least there were no bed bugs..."

The pool was green and cloudy. The spa/hot tub had so many chemicals, caused burning eyes, and weird foam. Only stayed for 5 minutes. The bathtub filled up while showering. The phone in the room did not work to call down to the front desk. The guests in the room next to ours were so loud that we could hear their whole conversation and screaming kid(s).
