"Great location but noisy"

The location is great; you are close to downtown and right next to the train station, making it easy to get to the airport. The staff is kind, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Noisy and the room lacks aesthetic appeal because it is in an old building.

Only the convinient location next to the train station and the M3&M4 metro lines. Directly from the airport and in few meters from the station you find the hotel that has the shape of a wagon! Polite staff, but unfortunately that is where the positives end.

The room felt depressing, with the bed pushed against the wall and no luggage stand. Several power outlets were not working. The bathroom was very small, with no bathmat, a shower door that did not close properly (causing water to flood the floor), an empty soap dispenser, and a very dirty extractor fan. Despite reporting the empty soap dispenser through the hotel’s messaging system as instructed, nothing was done by the next day. The hotel was very noisy, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the coffee was poor. What was particularly disappointing is that several of these issues had already been mentioned in a review posted on 2 June. The hotel replied that the comments were noted, yet during my stay on 16 June the same problems remained. Overall, poor maintenance, poor value for money, and a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Super lokalizacja w centrum miasta. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Hotel lata świetności ma za sobą. Brak wentylacji/klimatyzacji w pokoju, okna nie są dźwiękoszczelne, dość mały pokój.

Good location with great atmosphere in an building with a lot of history. Excellent breakfast. Value for money.

Looking a bit tired. Needs some maintenance - eg. toilet wobbly.- and an exterior repaint. No air conditioning but this wasn’t a problem at this time of year.
