The location was very convenient, the staff was very friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage for free until our check in time and relax at the lobby.

It was a clean room with a comfortable bed. The location was good. There were several restaurants and bars nearby. It was a short walk to Nyhavn. Our breakfast was tasty. The desk staff and restaurant servers were great.

It was a very small room. The closet was very small. There was not a luggage rack in the room so we did end up having to step over our suitcases.
