"Opción correcta pero peor de lo esperado"

La ubicación es muy buena. El diseño acorde a lo esperado. Personal muy implicado y amable.

La limpieza y el servicio de habitaciones está muy lejos de un hotel de su categoría. Por más que insistimos no llegaron a limpiar bien el baño, que estaba sucio y con vasos usados de los anteriores huéspedes. No reponen nada de lo que se termina: ni jabones, ni papel, ni café. Las toallas hay que dejarlas en el suelo tiradas para que entiendan que hay que cambiarlas.
