The location, its convenient.

The staff is ALL RUDE except, housekeeping is the mother and two staff the two staff are nice. Seems to be a family and everyone is rude. The towels were dingy, not white at all. BLK MOLD next to the door frames, bed HARD AS A ROCK, no where to put clothes and the water pressure is horrible. Honestly my husband and I bring our own towels and sheets so could deal with that but the rudeness helk no. We have traveled and staid at at of hotels. This one was our top TWO WORST stays/locations. Better places for less

Everything except Location The room was not as described The room was dirty The TV did not work properly The interim phone did not work at all The staff lied and did not acknowledge my concerns The staff straight up lied about checking the TV in the room in regards to the issue I was having I asked the staff not to enter the room until I returned and they entered it anyway I asked him not to enter because I had expensive items in the room that I did not want anything to happen to Beds were listed as queens, and they were barely full There was damage in the bathroom in and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way The hot water in the shower didn’t last more than 5 or 10 minutes The listing for the room said that it would have two beds to pull out. It did not. It had two beds no pull out. I was told that there were no other rooms available to move me to, but yet it looked like they had plenty of vacancies
