The Peach House

The potential for this B&B to be amazing is evident the moment you pull up to the property. Unfortunately our experience was not at all what we expected. Communication was lacking starting from before we even arrived. I reached out with questions about our reservations and had to call to follow-up after 3 days of no response. Poor communication persisted throughout our stay. We had an issue with our shower drain and the communication was horrible-lack of updates & lack of follow up. We had to take showers with water pooling up around our ankles. It was eventually fixed 1/2 way through our stay. Another morning they had breakfast done 30 minutes before the scheduled time. They tried to tell me I was incorrect about the scheduled time so I simply took a screenshot of our text exchange that confirmed their error. The breakfast….FAR from our expectations based on the excellent reviews. It was a very basic breakfast and very obvious that many of the items were pre-made/frozen like the French toast and omelet. I also found the cleanliness to be really lacking. Dust build up on all of the baseboards & door frames. the Keurig in the upstairs common area had mold build-up on the inside…items were just really dusty in the upstairs common area & it didn’t appear to be regularly cleaned. I totally understand that COVID has been really difficult on small businesses but in my opinion this experience was really just unacceptable…especially for the price point.

Beautiful old victorian style house that is well maintained and in a gorgeous section outside of downtown Atlanta. We would highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again.

I can't say enough great things about this stay. They were accommodating to a special request I had, the check-in was easy, parking super easy, walkable to great restaurants, super comfy bed and linens. We stayed in the Peach Blossom room. I loved the tub, the private patio, and all of the personal touches. I will definitely be back!

Mooi historisch huis, met mooie kamers. Eigenaren zeer gastvrij. Goede, rustige lokatie om Atlanta te ontdekken.

In a good spot for visiting downtown and nearby eateries. Shower takes a while to heat but other than that all good.

Our stay was awesome! Traci is wonderful and I highly recommend the Peach House to anybody who is looking for a great place to stay in Atlanta!

The lovely young lady who made our breakfast each morning was so pleasant, welcoming and simply sweet!!! She makes the best scrambled eggs! Such an amazing property in every way. Exceptional front porch, very quiet and peaceful environment, clean and well decorated. We stayed in the large suite and it was a dream!! So lovely... especially the very roomy bathroom, gorgeous fireplace and large walkout balcony. We would come back if I'm ever in Atlanta again! By the way the neighborhood is sooooo beautiful, safe, gorgeous and is close to everything!

Very gracious hostess, awesome location-can walk to nice restaurants and to the Marta and to walking trails. Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, linens and room temp with a ceiling fan. Lovely breakfast.

We liked the house very much, and our room was fine, except for a badly torn curtain in the bathroom, and a bed blanket with a hole. The Innkeeper was very sorry when I was able to let her know(after our stay) and pledged to resolve. We possibly stayed at a bad time, as the Innkeepers were away, and the responsible person was only around for short periods...hence we had problems actually checking in/accessing the inn , despite confirming by email our arrival time. I had had my mobile phone stolen, so could not ring , as advised by a note on the door, to obtain an entry code. Luckily, a neighbour lent me her phone so we did get in!. Good points...nice house, first morning breakfast was lovely, (second morning it was help yourself to not much as there were no staff there), coffee machine and fridge available. Quiet location fairly near Martin Luther King Museum, but you would need your car to get to restaurants in the evening. I think this could be a good B and B with some more attention and addressing issues. All in all, we did enjoy our stay but it could have been so much better.

Beverly and Traci are wonderful hosts, so warm and welcoming. Its like staying at a friend's weekend house. We loved our mod 60s room in this turn of the century Victorian beauty. We thought the breakfast was delicious, simply prepared with fresh ingredients - just right. The house is very close to the BeltLine and so many good restaurants.
