I booked this property as I stayed a few nights here a few years ago and it was brilliant. The location for shows we were seeing is excellent, and I loved the facilities. This stay was a severe disappointment.

I didn’t know that the hotel was under partial construction when I booked. There were no kitchen or room service facilities. I was awoken early in my room by the internal construction that continued all morning. My complimentary mini-bar consisted of some bottled water and a packet of chips. I booked this property as I stayed a few nights here a few years ago and it was brilliant. This stay was a severe disappointment.
