Room looked run down. Toilet paper holder was broken. Shower was very slippery. Air conditioner at max setting was not very cool. Room just didn’t feel too clean.

Front desk receptionist was very kind and faat. Unfortunately the first room offered smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking property. We were mkved to another room that smelled like mildew. By this time my asthma had triggered and I was having an attack that I couldn't get under control. We ended up leaving the property after an hour and moving to another hotel. Expedia helped make the transition and is working to get a refund. The front desk receptionist was still very kind at my departure.
