Ramada by Wyndham Murfreesboro

The property was close to where we were going and easy to get in and out of. Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that they did not have the TV channel that I wanted to watch (Hallmark). I missed a movie I wanted to watch.

The housekeeper was very nice and tried to accommodate us.

The facility is outdated and is in need of an upgrade badly. The carpet is old and worn, and the beds are old and uncomfortable. The lighting in the rooms is terrible. It's dark and dim and requires every light in the room to see. There was one towel in the room. Housekeeping tried their best, but they didn't have any more towels to provide other than the large bath towels. Not what I expected for a Ramada hotel.

Location. The manager and his wife (I believe that’s who she was to him) were the only one that made me feel comfortable.

Housekeeping!!!! My room was supposed to be cleaned twice a week!! They NEVER came when they were supposed to!! I had to chase them down when I needed something restocked in my room. I was there for a month and they only change my bed sheets once!! Cleanliness!! The hallways always reeked of smoke and animal!! My room was so bad I literally got so sick so bad I believe there was mold in there I got so sick!!

I’d never recommend to anyone to go to this hotel and we would never go back to this hotel ourselves ever!!!!! The room they put us in was not anything like the pictures showed. It was not the best. But tolerable. We were traveling with our service dogs. the stench in the entire hallway was absolutely disgusting !!! It stunk of dog urine. It was definitely obvious this hotel was a section 8 hotel!!!! I asked to be moved to a different area of the hotel and I was told they would not move us. That’s the hallway they put anyone who dogs!!!! The hotel manager came down to see what we were smelling and he stated all he smelled was a hint of skunk. I said you mean marajuana? Because that’s all I smell It’s filthy here. Thank goodness we had only one night at this dump. Very disappointed in Ramada allowing this kind of filth in one of their facilities!!!! Do not stay here!!!! Oh and they claim. They offer a breakfast…. No they don’t. Coffee that was it!!!!

Not very clean. Breakfast area was left unattended and was nasty. Heath department would have a field day here. Stay away if you can.
