Being charged twice. The young lady at the desk was very rude. Angry. She wouldn't listen so I was charged twice. I stayed 3 weeks. The laundry lady was very very rude. I spent alot

The front desk man was great. Very kind.

Walked into room and big piece of ceiling was coming down. Stains on sheets, TV turner, walls had big dust bunnies, and bathroom were filthy.
