"All said and done, we had our basic needs met during this visit to Sleep Inn in Princeton WV."

Convenient and familiar location. Price was good.

1st: The shower needed work. The shower controls were very difficult to turn on, as well as difficulty in adjusting the water temperature. There was very little pressure in the water line, and a low volume of water output. 2nd: The breakfast could have used a little more variety, and perhaps some sort of protein. There did not seem to be any specific working the breakfast. It appeared that the front desk clerk was doing double-time the two.

"The experience was ok but could have been a lot better."

Conveniently located, clean room, easy access to room.

The TV signal was bad. The TV would go blurry then go back to clear picture. The water for the shower would not get hot. It stayed luke warm at best. But the sink water would get hot. The internet was crap. Only had one thing using it and it was so slow. The air conditioner would not stay on long enough to keep a consistent chill room.

"The motel was very nice and I will probably stay there in the future but I will make my reservation."

It was okay.

They couldn't find my reservation from booking.com. I was charged through you on the 14th and I had to pay at the motel again. I am asking for a refund to my KeyOne card. I have also contacted them KeyOne and filed a complaint with them. I never pay ahead of time. I always pay upon arrival.

"Handy spot with a warm indoor pool"

A handy spot just off the highway in Princeton WV. I really appreciated the indoor pool which they keep at very pleasant warm temperature. My guess is that was in the 88 to 90F range.
