Dirty, elevator out of order, pop machine out of order r refrigerator out of order Roaches in the shower.

I really appreciated that I received a note from Sleep Inn after I made my reservation stating that the elevator was out of service. It gave me the opportunity to call to ask for a first floor room. The staff took care of it immediately. The staff was very friendly when I checked in and very helpful. As a woman traveling alone I appreciated the well lite parking lot. And as a dog owner, I appreciated the grassy area and the available trash receptacles. The bed was really comfortable and offered a wide variety of pillows. I didn't take advantage of the in room coffee or breakfast but appreciate that it was available.

These are very minor points and would not impact my decision to stay at Sleep Inn in the future. But I noted that the fridge in my room was a little dirty and laundry detergent or fabric softener was a little overpowering. Definitely clean but little strong.

Everything. We were there because a family member traveling through had medical issues and was in hospital and the staff went above and beyond helping us with much needed information that had nothing to do with our stay.

Staff was very nice. Food was good.

The pool was cold, we were expecting warm as it was an indoor pool.

The room had an odd smell, bed was nasty pull out couch had food all inside of it and the shower never got hot

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. 🙂

The breakfast was very minimal. I would have loved to have an egg option. Also smuckers or a similar jam makes toast and English muffins much better.
