Clean villa. Great location. Great staff. Nice neighbours. Relaxing villa. Enjoyable place to stay.

Beds uncomfortable. Pillows too hard. Couldn't find uk channels on tv. Couldn't mirror to tv. Needs a bit of maintenance I.e. blown patio window, blinds need attention. Pillows needed a wash. Not just the pillow cases which were clean. Rusty accessories in shower.

Location was quiet

Very disappointing stay. The villa was not as advertised – pool was unsafe, leaking and green with algae for 5 days, causing illness to my son. Maintenance admitted the problem was known but nothing was done. The pump then had to be left on 24 hrs a day - the pool pump being located inside the villa - being noisy and disturbing sleep. Kitchen poorly equipped, bathroom unhygienic with broken toilet seat, bedsheets never changed. We booked for the pool and area, but it was unusable for nearly half our stay. Not worth the price and definitely not the standard expected or advertised from Booking.com. Booking.com tried to contact the rental / management company many times as we wanted to leave they did not answer .

We liked that there were towels for the beach.

This time we were very disappointed that the villas have not been improved at all since we came here every year from 2019. First of all, when we arrived , the pool was very dirty and greasy with a greenish look. We could not use it for almost 3 days. And then one day something happend with the power so we couldn't use the fridge, washing machine or to plug in. Thankfully they managed to work it that day. We come here at this villas that we always felt as home, but this time we regretfully noticed that there were no improvements made at the villas, but the prices are higher year by year. Beside these two , the location is great , as you can rest through the night because it is a quite area.

Όλα τέλεια, άνετο και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον, ήσυχη περιοχή. Το σπίτι ευρύχωρο όπως και η έξω αυλή. Ή πισίνα πολύ ικανοποιητική.

Το μόνο που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι τα στρόματα στα κρεβάτια, και η πισίνα που είχε ένα πρόβλημα.

I liked the space offered inside and out. I liked that we felt so satisfied with the house that we didn’t even feel the need to go out. I liked that the house was within a confined area and made us feel safe and secured. We liked really everything about it. It was by far the best and most relaxing holidays ever. We were sad to leave and we miss it already!

I didn’t like that the host was abrupt to my children.

No information for guests avaiable such as a booklet welcoming guests with useful information to explain how things worked such as cooker, or barbecue. Dirty towels which were changed but should never have been put out. Dirty oven and barbecue which we didn’t use because of that. Outside was also poorly maintained chairs were filthy we wouldn’t use because of this. Cat poo visible in the garden area where the sun beds were. A generally poor appearance inside and out. Would not stay again or recommend it to anyone else. Until the owners make some improvements.

Lovely Villa and Pool....short walk to nearest beach!!
