First, one price showed up on Expedia, and the claim was that all charges were included. Then at checkout, the price went up by about $30. As if that wasn't enough, when I arrived at the property, an additional $25 was added on for my dog. Nowhere was it stated during online checkout that there was a pet fee (only that the property was "dog friendly"). If it was $10 or something reasonable, I'd say nothing, but I ended up with over $50 in charges above the claimed rate. NOT COOL.

TV was unresponsive but desk clerk came to the room immediately and reset the modem for us. She was polite and personable . GIVE HER A RAISE! The bathtub seemed as if it was not properly installed. There was squeaking, groaning, moaning from its base. VERY NOISY FOR US! AND PROBABLY WORSE FOR OCCUPANTS BELOW US!!!

It has been updated, and was very clean. Personal very very nice, breakfast was very good. It was just an overnight stay and the price compared to others was much lower.

Check in was easy and the young lady at the desk was fabulous and friendly. The rooms and building were a bit outdated but everything was super clean!! Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast - area was clean and food was fresh. Would stay again.

A comfortable, clean and convenient place for a good night’s sleep at an affordable price. Despite being nestled between two freeways it was quiet and easy to access. The internet worked and the breakfast, though simple, was tasty. There was a nice dog walking area and pleasant greenery. I appreciated the nice shower head and towels in the bath. 24-7 hot water in the lobby pleased this tea drinker and a roomy mini fridge kept out travel snacks cold.
