The WiFi was quite good and stable, as long there wasn't an electricity cut. The lady in charge of breakfast that worked hard and tried her best to sort out the mess that place was.

Transfer from hotel arrived 1 hour late and only after several attempts of communication with property. Excuses for this ranged from owner having "thought" my arrival was the day after to all kind of untrustworthy explanations from driver, who showed up without any sign with the hotel name. No towels upon arrival. Water boiler in room with all kind of dirt and insects in the bottom. TV doesn't work. Light in the bathroom ceiling should turn on by sensor but didn't work. On the other hand, sensor made the noisy fan in the bathroom ceiling turn on at the slightest motion inside the room. No coffee available at the breakfast, only some Nescafé look alike that contained only 20% of coffee. Pool 2/3 empty, no water in the taps from the evening of day 2 and until 15 min before I left on day 3. No manager or reception staff on site from 10 PM the day of my arrival and until I left. Cockroach taking its time in the middle of breakfast lounge area early Saturday night. Seems like if the owner is not in the country the place and guests are left to cater for themselves.

I really warning to accomodate at this accomodation

The location was good.

Unable to comment as our booking was cancelled by host due to a fire at the property. He did not proactively contact me about this but returned my WhatsApp when I reached out on the day. It left us scrambling for somewhere else to stay last minute. To be fair, he suggested an alternative property which we did end up taking but it was quite a bit more expensive and didn’t include breakfast. I feel that had we had some kind of prior notification, we could have found somewhere that was more in our budget.

The location is truly beautiful as were the views. The history and style very tastefully done. The food was very good.

The shower in our room had no hook on the wall. Very dirty rooms. No aircon. Awful quality bed in one of our rooms. Worst of all however was the attitude of the manager who initially just shrugged his shoulders when I told him I had booked a sea view room. He said ‘it’s available tomorrow night’. Oh ok! But wait! Was it actually available the next night? Perhaps not! I actually spoke to the couple who were in the room I should have had and they said they were also staying the next night too. So we were offered an annex building about 4 min walk from the main building. It wasn’t what we had booked. We were offered a discount in the end but I had to press for this. As for the restaurant - although the food was good it was weird that the bread and nibbles were served before any drinks.

I liked practically everything, and it met my expectations. I especially liked the spacious room, the breakfast, and the staff. A very nice place to stay, and I recommend it.

I can not say anything bad, I like it and recommend everyone to try it.
